A controlling signal light…

Light ControlCars taking turns

When we travel from Mission to Coquitlam, New West…basically into “town” I travel along the Pitt River Bridge than take the “7B United Way” exit to Highway #1 (Lougheed Highway) I believe…well there is a light there that tells you when to merge…Billy cannot get over this. He thinks it’s rather comical that people do not know how to merge and that the city had to put in this type of controlled light!

I have been stamping and scrapbooking for about 4 years now and I am constantly amazed by the talent that I see on a daily basis. Besides Cardmaking, Scrapbooking and Papercrafting I love to watch reality TV, Grey's Anatomy, ER, Gilmore Girls, Desperate Housewives and Miami Ink (I personally have 5 tattoos)!

    In the States, there were these all over the Bay Area but it was to regulate traffic flow (i.e., a car was only allowed to merge into traffic every 20 seconds, so that a) the on-ramp would not back up, b) most people would stay out of the merge lane and c) the main highway would not clog up due to much inflowing traffic. I think that may be what’s going on here (keeping in mind that they usually are only active during rush hour)…
