Biggie Paper Clip Bookmarks

I’ve come to the conclusion that Papercrafters will attempt to alter EVERYTHING! This is the latest…altering 3.5 – 4″ paperclips that you can get at the Dollar Store 5 for $1.00, some places have 2 packs for $1.00.

I went to Scrapbooker’s Paradise and cut out a bunch of flowers using their Accucut Die Cut Machine than applied designer paper using Modge Podge (this was the longest part of this project), I than used some cement glue to attach one paper clip to the flower and than applied some more and applied the other flower on the top to make a “sandwich” with the paperclip and 2 diecut flowers (I than let them sit overnight to dry). I personally modge podged designer paper on both sides of the diecut and than used 2 different patterns together so if I ever get bored I can switch them around! and added some simple embellishments and some ribbon…and there you have a cutesy, cheap gift or ???

I also diecut the paper…I diecut on one side than flipped the paper & diecut that side so that they would match on opposide sides of the flowers.
