Digital DesignsCritter Foam Stamps

Blog Candy Time! Yesterday at the NSD event I attended I was lucky to win some stuff, the first is a book called: Digital Designs by Renee Pearson published by Simple Scrapbooks, it looks like a great book with step by step instructions & it includes a CD & I’ve heard it’s a great book & easy to use…the catch? I have absolutely no desire to learn about digital scrapbooking right now…so, I would like to Pay It Forward & offer it up as blog candy to one of my lucky visitors. Now this book is brand new but, for some reason the books arrived with a little bit of damage to them, but, hey, it’s free!

The Spine

The other prize I will be including are these cute, critter foam stamps.

What do you have to do to win? Leave a comment on this post letting me know what you did for NSD – National Scrapbooking Day. Contest is open until: Friday May 9th, I will draw 1 lucky random winner in the AM, pass the word on to all your friends & family.

I’ve been busy working on an all about me album for NSD. It’s been a lot of work, but I’m almost done and I LOVE it. I was busy working on it in between the photo shoot and the Women’s meeting on Saturday, but I HAD to get some scrapbooking in for NSD!

P.S. I’ll be in Calgary on Friday/Saturday this week, so if you want a photoshoot let me know. TTYL!

    Hi Michelle,
Your question made me feel guilty again… I am one of these people (card makers) whi desperately want to start scrapbooking and put all the wonderful pics in a super cute album – and still hesitate to start “ruining” this beatiful album I bought. But I think I will just give it a go now! Thanks for reminding me of NSD!

    Hi Michelle:

I love your blog – I actually finished up a scrapbook page I have been struggling with for a while now – it just wasn’t coming together the way I wanted it to, but it is now complete and I’m happy with the end result. I also worked on some mother’s day cards and a wedding card. It was a very nice day. Thanks for the opportunity to win the blog candy.

I’m not into digital scrapbooking either, but I love the buggy stamps! They’re so, so cute!

For NSD… We relaxed around the house and really did nothing of any importance. Not very exciting, I know! But, it was nice after some pretty busy weekends.

Thanks for a chance to win some great goodies!

For NSD, I went to a store that is going out of business-pretty sad isn’t it? But all of Michigan is closing up it seems. If I win, I will give the book to my daughter because I am lucky to just like to stamp normal-she is into all that alter the photos stuff and I just can’t figure it out.

NSD I started to unpack some of my stampin stuff.
Thanks for a chance at this sweet candy.

For NSD, I shopped. A LOT. LOL!

I’m very interested in learning about digital scrapping. Hybrid scrapping moreso…I’m still a big, big fan of paper and touchies. 😀

I was stuck at the hospital on NSD, nursing my sick grandmother. Thankfully she was discharged yesterday 🙂
Thanks for the chance to win this sweet candy! Woot!

My NSD was kind of lame. I started the weekend with the intention of joining in on an online crop, but I only completed one layout! I guess one is better than none. I’d love this book; I’m big into digiscrapping!

I had planned on scrapping…but ended up doing a challenge for Fiskteers..that included sewing…So I sewed myself a new purse. I was so glad to be able to get it finished in one day. I’m planning to make time this week to get some scrapping in. Thanks so much for the chance to win.

I feel guilty too. I don’t scrapbook. Yet. I tried to do it the old fashioned way with paper and stuff but it didn’t grab me. However I’ve had a friend do a slight intro into digitally doing stuff and I think I may be able to enjoy that a little more! I do make my own cards though, with paper. That’s as scrappy as I get right now. I didn’t even know it was NSD yesterday! Does that make me a non-winner?

  16. By Linda on

I spent most of my NSD organizing my stamping/scrapping room!!! Hard to get things done when you can’t find your desktop…

  17. By michelle weber on

i just started digital scrapbooking and i’m totally hooked! i spend all my free time (which isn’t much with two babies) scrapbooking and paper crafting! love it!

i stayed home sick on NSD didnt get much done. very interested in digital scrapbooking, have lots of digi stuff but dont know where to start!

  19. By Mandiannie on

I spent the day sewing on a baby blanket that I hope to give to one of my friends one day.
I’m so wanting that book. I’m a digital scrapper all the way..tried the paper thing and it didn’t work out for me. Card making seems to be enough in the cut and paste area.
Thanks for a chance to win.

Thanks for sharing your ideas. The bug stamps are cute.

I actually looked at my many scrapbooks instead of scrapping. It was fun to see how my work has improved. I believe scrapbooks are a lovely heirloom to leave for your family. I enjoy doing it and take great pride in what I accomplish.
