Our Christmas day was quite busy, first of all we could not for the life of us get the kids to bed Christmas Eve. I had been up since 5:20AM to work Christmas Eve and was hoping to go to bed relatively early, but, of course we couldn’t go to bed until the kids were in bed. Jaiden thought it would be a great thing to actually try and wait for Santa to show up…I had to lie in bed with him at 10:30PM to get him to sleep. Taylor had fallen asleep about 1/2 hr before. Christmas Day Taylor decided to wake up at 5AM…I said sorry, but, you are not getting up in the middle of the night…well she tossed and turned for about 1 hr…and of course kept us awake…I finally got up out of bed at 6:45AM. I woke Jaiden up finally at 8AM.
We opened up ALL our presents…we were all spoiled this year, than the kids played for a while than we all got ready to head over to Grandma and Grandpa’s house for Noon to open presents and have some brunch. Again, we were all spoiled! After opening presents and having a wonderful brunch we headed over to the Kearney’s at about 4:30PM for visiting and of course a spectacular turkey dinner, it was a wonderful evening spent with family.

Second Picture: Taylor with her new Webkinz Polar Bear http://www.webkinz.com/ apparently these are highly addictive, you can interact with them on the computer, we purchased our niece one for Christmas, it is her 5th! Jaiden also got one too…a Gorilla.
Third Picture: Jaiden with his new GIANT fire truck that is very NOISY! I have no idea where we will put this thing as we really don’t have the room! Thanks Grandma and Grandpa! Check out Jaiden’s new Spidey PJ’s.
