This is Taylor’s & Jaiden’s mini Christmas trees decorated and Taylor’s own “little” Christmas Village.
This is a Christmas Centrepiece that my Mom made a few years ago.
This is the kids’ Advent Calendar, they also have the cheap ones you buy from the grocery store, they get to eat the chocolate out of those ones in the AM when they wake up and than after Taylor comes home from school they get to eat from this one.
We bought our Balsam Fir 6-7 Foot Christmas tree from Home Depot tonight…cost $29.97, we decided to shove it into our vehicle…didn’t want to stand in the cold while Billy tried to strap it to the roof rack! So the car smells lovely…love it and of course there are pine needles everywhere! but that’s OK it’s not like the car was clean anyways and now it smells nice! I just love the smell of a fresh Christmas tree…last year we didn’t have room for a real tree (first year) nor did we make the room (this year we did) so we borrowed my Mom’s artificial 5 foot Christmas tree…it was actually quite comical! So now the tree is standing there “defrosting” and laying down it’s branches…tomorrow night or after school we will decorate as Taylor is Christmas Carolling at the Seniors Centre with her Sparks Unit tomorrow night…so slowly we are pulling out all the Christmas decorations…pretty soon our home will be one festive townhome!
