Happy New Year’s Day!

Hope everyone out there had a wonderful New Year’s Eve. We sure did. I worked till 3PM and than we headed out to Shari and Jamie’s (my sister and brother in law) in Lake Chaparral.

We went toboggoning and ice skating, we walked around the whole lake with Jaiden in a sled, it was fun but at the same time I’m sure I don’t really trust the ice…I’m always scared I’m going to fall thru! if it wasn’t dark out I’d be sh****** myself! but it was good exercise! I haven’t been toboggoning since I was very, very young…I was laughing so hard that I was crying!

We than went back to the house and changed into our PJ’s and had wholemade Lasagna and ceasar salad for dinner, after that we all just did our own thing, the guys / boys played PS2 and I played games with the girls, as it got closer to Midnight we celebrated Billy’s Dad’s birthday with a yummy wholemade black forest cake (of course Shari was the one that cooked up all this yummy food) and than at Midnight we did the countdown (well sort of!) and than it was time to pack it up and head home. I was sooooo tired as I was up at 5:45AM…
