Well today has been a fabulous day for me. This AM I was able to be pampered by having a Manicure, Pedicure (much needed!) and of course my usual waxing than my daughter and I were invited to a Mother’s Day Brunch by a wonderful woman in my downline whom I met about 4 years ago, every year her church does a Mother’s Day Brunch, Cookie is always very kind to invite / include me in her Church gatherings, I usually ALWAYS have something going on…so this time I said we would love to come. It was at the Cheesecake Cafe in the NE, when we walked in Cookie had the tables decorated with some beautiful flowers in a vase (7 of them), each spot had our names on a tent card, and she made these beautiful, hanging coaster Mother / Daughter “plaques”, the menu was printed wonderfully, I was amazed at the work that Cookie and Marie put into everything. The brunch was 2 hours, the food was great, the fellowship was great and of course we all indulged ourselves in some yummy cheesecake. I am very happy that we went, we really enjoyed ourselves and we even won a door prize (pink flowers!), my daughter was very happy of course that I won them. Thanks Cookie for inviting us, we are very blessed to know you and the wonderful woman that you have introduced to me over the years.

I love those flowers – what kind are they? They look so nice, almost not real. That’s such a special time that you and your daughter can share – really really sweet.
