Teacher’s Gifts…

Taylor with Teacher’s GiftsTeacher’s Gifts

These are the Teacher’s gifts that I made for my daughter’s teacher’s end of school year gifts. I started late Monday and we finished last night. The idea is from the latest Papercrafts Magazine. They were not the quickest to make, I didn’t realize how hard it is to get stuff straight on a round service and tying the ribbon to the name plate was nasty!

We picked up the mini rose bushes at Revy for $3.44 each, the pots were a $1.29 each at Michael’s, pencils from the dollar store, so I figure each flower pot was maybe $5 and I love it. I also baked yummy chocolate chip cookies for all of her classmates and teachers. She is in a split class of 42 kids, this year she had 3 teachers working with her (1 went on Mat leave in April) and there is also an Aide that comes in too. I hope they like it.
