My hubby & I met 12 years ago today…our first date and you know how we are spending it? I’m playing “nurse” to him & NOT that kind of “nurse!” We found out this AM after going to the clinic that he sprained his lower back, he started doing his weight workout last night, warming up & boom he couldn’t move anymore, so I have been taking care of “3 kid’s”, doing everything, so he has some great med’s now & hopefully should be up & moving VERY, VERY SOON! I hope!
This year is the year that we celebrate our 10 year wedding anniversary, I am so blessed to have this very special man in my life!
Well back to cleaning the toilets…

Awww…I hope he is better soon. I know how much “fun” it can be to take care of a man who isn’t feeling well. Happy First Dateversary!

Happy Annivesary! I feel your pain darlin, last year hubby and I were in a snowmobile accident and he broke his vertabrae. We came home from the hospital on Valentines Day and for the next two months I had to be his nursemaid, plus housekeeping, chief cook, bottlewasher, laundramat, secretary, errand runner, dog waker/pooper hehehe you get my drift. I was still pretty sore myself and burnt out! But we love them to death. Anyway I left a comment on your calendars, a suggestion for the papers, what if you left a little extra room at the top (For attaching with brads) And score down a little on each page so that it would rip off easier when that month was finished.

My husband and I always remember the date of our first date too. For us, it’s August 18th, 1981. We always take a little trip down memory lane of our first date..we went to the stock car races
Now after almost 23 years of marriage of 5 children later….we wouldn’t change a thing.
Congrats on 12 years being together and I’m sure you’re taking good care of him but remember to take good care of yourself too !!!
