		<description>Do you know how much a serving is? (1/2 cup, 1 cup??) I am on WW, too. I lost 30 pounds since Sept., but I haven&#039;t been writing down my food, so I haven&#039;t lost any more...only maintaining.  Which wouldn&#039;t be bad, except I have 30 more to go before my daughter&#039;s wedding in October! So, this week I started writing everything down again. Its so easy to eat more than your point allotment...even when you are eating approved foods.  I guess if it were easy, we&#039;d all look like a million bucks, right?? Thanks for sharing the recipe. I&#039;m always looking for ways to fix foods I like!</description>
