Workshop Projects…

Spring PromoAu Chocolat

I had a workshop last night and decided that an Easter card would be most appropriate since Easter is April 8th while incorporating Stampin’ Up!’s Spring Promo.

I cased the first card from:

and just added my own “flair” and style.

The other card uses our Au Chocolat paper in the Spring Paper…I’m so loving all the paper in the mini – it’s absolutely gorgeous.

I got the card layout and ideas from Beate (she so ROCKS!):

Thank you Beate but really you are so very talented, if it wasn’t for artists like you out there…I’d be “stuck”!!!!!!!!!!!!!

“Stuck” in a rut ALL the time instead of only SOME of the time! and it always amazes me how stampers are so generous in sharing their ideas…and for that I thank YOU ALL!

I wish there was an edit button!

These are great – I especially love the second one! How exactly does that card open? I’m curious as to the shape… It’s very unique!

It opens from top to bottom…does that make sense?!!!! So the flap lifts up.

Yeah, I actually followed your link to Beate’s site and there are detailed instructions there. I guess I was too lazy to bother following the link before! It’s a gorgeous card!
